From Xenia Insights to Sterling Growth

Sterling Growth Partners grew out of Xenia Insights, a technology platform we built to connect buyers and sellers across professional services. Xenia became a go-to resource for M&A advisory firms looking to market companies and financial institutions looking to acquire them.

Working inside those deals, we saw a pattern. Buyers were stuck waiting for deals to hit the market or sorting through low-quality listings. Sellers were being rushed through a process that didn’t serve them. Both sides deserved better — so we built something that works for both.

We took the technology behind Xenia Insights — the data infrastructure, the outreach engine, the ability to identify and connect with the right people at scale — and built an advisory firm around it.

We focus on the lower middle market — typically companies with $5M to $300M in annual revenue. This is the segment where our technology and hands-on approach create the most value.
It depends on the service. Targeted Search is a retained engagement with a success fee. Opportunity Pipeline is success-fee only. Sell-side advisory is a percentage of the transaction value. Sales Acceleration is a monthly engagement. We're happy to walk through specifics on a call.
Confidentiality is built into everything we do. We never share your identity or business details without your explicit approval. All buyer conversations happen under NDA, and we use secure platforms for document sharing and data.
Targeted Search engagements typically run 3–6 months. Sell-side processes can take 6–12 months depending on the complexity. Opportunity Pipeline and Sales Acceleration are ongoing. We'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific situation.
